Susana Jordão started singing at age 4. In his first Children's Song Festival in which he participated, he won first place, and had direct entry to represent Portugal at Zecchiono d`Oro, Italy. Daughter of the well-known composer Artur Jordão, Susana began her musical studies at the age of 6, graduating from the Music School of the National Conservatory, in Lisbon, in singing courses, with Prof. Nuno Villalonga, and piano with Maestro Rui Pinheiro.
In 1995, he participated and reached the final in his first international Festival, Zecchiono d`Oro, in Italy. Three years later he participated in Bravo Bravíssimo in the same country. A few years later, Susana competes in Spain at the Veo Veo International Festival. At the age of 13, he went to represent Portugal at the most prestigious Festival in Romania, Golden Star, where he was double winner, first place and public prize. Susana won a total of around 30 first prizes during her childhood.
In addition to singing, he also trained in other areas complementary to this, such as dancing and acting through numerous Workshops. He has worked on major stages, such as: Tivoli (Lisbon) and Coliseu (Porto), in the musical The Producers, in which she played the role of ULLA in the main cast several times, having also participated in musical concerts in both Coliseums. At Rivoli, Porto, at the children's musical Cinderella XXI, as antagonist. The Super Drop was a children's musical theater held at the Teatro Independente de Oeiras, in which Susana played the main role of Super Gotinha and where she was also the Musical Director of the respective play. On television, he participated in a TVI Youth series, Strawberry with sugar and made several appearances in other projects. From theater to musical theater, from television to cinema or even the world of dubbing, Susana has always stood out for the quality of her interpretations.
In 2013, she received the Revelation Culture Award (Music and Theater) for her hometown, Setúbal, and in 2015 she was invited to sing at the Eurovision Live Concert at Fórum Luísa Todi. In 2017, she was one of the soloists of the new Anthem of the city of Setúbal. At the beginning of 2018, he embraced a new challenge, together with Fábio Simões, being part of the artistic and musical direction of his cultural structure U.V.A - United Visionary Arts. At the end of that year, in December, the Christmas show premiered, Sweet Christmas Night, creating the band Christmas Brothers from the show, having in the same month performed the opening concert of the Setúbal Christmas Fest 2018 and other Christmas festivals.
In 2019, together with Fábio Simões, he created a new band, Back To Disco, associated with his entity, where they debuted as one of the headliners at the Feira de Santiago in Setúbal. After some downtime due to the pandemic (Covid-19), it debuted in 2022, with its artistic direction and that of Fábio Simões, My Fado My, Fado dance and music show played and sung live. In 2023, he was part of the artistic direction of the dance production My Land - A Story About the Colony, portraying the history of the settlement of Pegões. Recently, Susana continues to work as a singer both in bands/projects where she is a vocalist, and in private and corporate events. It is also preparing, in 2024, for a national tour of the play My Freedom included in the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April in Portugal.
